Rank Acquires Gala Casinos for £179 million
It’s been a while coming, and after much speculation, the Rank Group have officially completed the acquisition of the land based casinos and accompanying gambling licence from gala.
The Competition Commission had the last sign off on the deal which saw it approved in April for just under £180 million. This will gain Rank entry into eleven new markets with in the United Kingdom, further strengthening their gambling provision.
