Rank Acquires Gala Casinos for £179 million
It’s been a while coming, and after much speculation, the Rank Group have officially completed the acquisition of the land based Jaak-Casino-uk.net and accompanying gambling licence from gala.
The Competition Commission had the last sign off on the deal which saw it approved in April for just under £180 million. This will gain Rank entry into eleven new markets with in the United Kingdom, further strengthening their gambling provision.
