Unless explicitly stated otherwise the default wagering requirements or play through requirements will be 38X the deposit plus the bonus on all promotional bonuses attributed to a player account. Once the bonus is accepted a withdrawal can not be made until the wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirements of each of the bonuses are specifically stated in the Bonus Terms and Conditions section. If the wagering requirement is not specifically mentioned the default wagering requirement will be in effect.

Here is an example of how to calculate your wagering requirement for a hypothetical 100% bonus with a wagering requirement of 38X the bonus plus the deposit. If you deposit 30 GBP, you will receive a 30 GBP bonus on top of this, therefore your wagering requirement is (30+30)*38 = 2280 GBP.

GOOD FAITH BETS

Castle Casino offers bonuses on Good Faith, meaning that placing bets on a game that renders the bet a no risk bet will not be calculated in determining the wagering requirement. One example is when playing live roulette, placing a bet on “black” and “red” simultaneously, thereby reducing the “risk” of the bet. These types of bets are not in the nature of the bonus and will be exempt from the wagering requirement calculation.

GAME RESTRICTIONS

– All wagers on blackjack, baccarat, Texas Hold’em & RNG Euro Roulette will only contribute 5% of the wagering requirement associated with any given bonus.
– All wagers on Video poker games will only contribute 50% of the wagering requirement associated with any given bonus.
– Outside bets for all Roulette games (Black/Red, Even/Odd, Low/High, Dozens and Columns) will not contribute towards the wagering requirement associated with any given bonus.
– Roulette wager combinations covering 25 or more (25-37 spots) of the 37 unique number spots on the table will not contribute towards the wagering requirement associated with any given bonus.

NO DEPOSIT

– Players receiving free money without making a prior deposit, (a no deposit bonus), can withdraw up to the maximum 10 times the free money award, to a maximum of £50, on request to [email protected] Any remaining balance in their account at that time will be removed so that the account will have £0.00 until such time as the player makes a new deposit.
– Players are only eligible to claim a maximum of 2 no-deposit bonuses through affiliated sites or individual promotions unless a separate deposit has been made previously.
– Players are only eligible to claim a maximum of 1 no-deposit bonus per week.
– Players from the regions of Poland, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Georgia, Romania, Latvia, Slovakia and Russia are restricted from claiming no-deposit bonuses.

To re-iterate for confusion, these games can still be played with the bonus funds, however they will not contribute towards the wagering requirements.
